Potato Casserole

Beaman Family, Breads And Other Carbs

Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed

1 c. melted butter

1 t. salt

1 t. pepper

1 c. chopped onion

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pt. sour cream

8 oz. grated cheddar cheese


Topping:

1 stick margarine

2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (except topping ingredients)and spread in large casserole dish.
Add topping to casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 -60 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
